Once a valid DMCA notice is received, we will investigate the claim, and if necessary, remove the content in question. We may also contact the user responsible for posting the material to give them an opportunity to respond.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that the content was removed in error or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. This should include:

• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your contact information, along with a consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area.
• Your signature, physical or electronic.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original copyright claimant files a court action within 10 business days.

Repeat Infringer Policy

iseriales.sbs reserves the right to terminate access of users who are repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion, regardless of whether it has been determined to be infringing.
